What do you see in a Mirror?
"it shows us nothing more than the deepest desires of our hearts" ... familiar? thsi line is actually from the 1st book in the harry potter series told by prof.dumbledore to harry in the room of the mirror of erised. as for me, i see myself in the mirror, and stuff that's been repeatedly reflected and the reflection tells me something, it tells me that tehr is always something more than meets the eye. i didn't understand at first but later i did, it's true, no mirror in the world (at least to this day) has the ability to reflect everything we want to see about us. it may reflect the outer self, the inner self is more tricky though, it's only reflected to a special type of mirror, most of whom don't know and the few who do cannot master it...it is the eyes which reflect the inner self. it is perhaps harder to see a person who wears glasses than to the person who doesn't... why? because the one thing that the pure eye provides is a gateway to the unexplored human soul of a person, but try wearing glasses and people find it harder to read what you're thinking, for the glass provides a barrier and can block often. there are somethings better kept hidden though, there are some things in this world, like pandora's box that are better left unexplored. problem now lies in which ones to tell or show and which too keep hidden...:-)
